The Power Enterprise unit featured
a similar external construction to
the other mufflers, opting for the
adjustable band hanger as opposed
to the welded, fixed-position type.
The internal design consists of Power's
tornado flow design (see sidebar)
which they claim allows for maximum
exit speed of spent gases, thereby
increasing performance.
For the Power Enterprise unit, power
production clocked in at 97.41
WHP and 100.90 lb/ft TQ. As with
many of the other dynos, there is
some increased power production
between 3000-4000 RPM, but much of
the curve simply lays over the factory
power production curve, varying only
in statistically negligible gains and
losses. |
