Manufacturer Pitch - The Super Conductor Wire has less than 50 Ohms per foot, through the use of a special copper conductor. This conductor is wrapped very tightly around a ferro-magnetic impregnated center core which gives the wire extremely high EMI suppression. This design ensures that optimum spark energy will reach the spark while EMI noise is held at a minimum.
The sleeve of the Super Conductor is a combination of silicone and synthetic materials to give the wire supreme resistance against heat, chemicals, abrasion and terminal pull-off. MSD incorporates factory style boot features internal ribs to seal and hold the butterfly "self locking terminal" in position so the terminal is always at the correct terminal depth.
The 8.5mm wire is available in bulk, universal and custom sets.

Fit & Finish (Our Review) - The MSD wires had a very good fit at the spark plug end. The overall wire lengths provided adequate length to properly route the wires. The distributor end received only a "good" rating from our evaluation. The distributor end would loosen upon normal use. Our remedy was to zip-tie the booths in place to the cap/boots full flexible design made it a bit difficult to feel when proper wire-to-plug engagement was being made.
